Leadership Training Program

Medical Access provides comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions to leading local and international agencies for a wide range of products. Today, we combine our rich experience and robust digital infrastructure to transform supply chains into agile, efficient, and reliable systems tailored to the needs of the communities and stakeholders we serve.

The Leadership Training Programme (LTP) is our graduate development initiative that offers talented graduates the opportunity to learn and practice health care supply chain management at Medical Access and related affiliates. The Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders.

At MAUL, we welcome highly talented fresh graduates who are resourceful; innovative and daring to excel in whatever they do, to make a real contribution to our winning team. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to train in areas including Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Administration, Database Management and Programing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Grants and Finance Management.

Qualifications

The competition for places in our graduate programme is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of academic excellence. We are looking for graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Office Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Cytotechnology.  Interested candidates should have graduated either within the last two years or just finished university.

Internships

The Medical Access Internship Program is aimed at providing practical training and hands-on experience to university/tertiary students. The program is designed as a learning opportunity for professionals in the making in specific areas such as Procurement and Logistics Management, Warehousing and Distribution, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, Human Resource and Administration. A Medical Access internship enables students to link theory to practice in the real world, equipping them to meet the dynamic demands of the local and international labor market.
